Frequently asked
Which Dynamics 365 modules does Fairview support?
Sales Hub and Customer Engagement (CRM Online). Field Service and Customer Service are not yet supported. Business Central integration is on a separate roadmap track.
Does Fairview work with on-premises Dynamics?
Cloud Dynamics 365 only. On-premises Dynamics CRM (legacy) is not supported because the Dataverse API requires cloud deployment.
When will the integration be available?
Planned for Q4 2026. Microsoft Dynamics is the second-largest CRM in mid-market and the most-requested integration from enterprise prospects.
Does this replace Power BI for Dynamics?
For revenue and pipeline analytics — largely yes. Fairview ships the same operating views without requiring DAX expertise. For custom modeling and ad-hoc analysis, Power BI remains useful.
