Is pricing per seat or per account?
Per account, not per seat. Your whole team — COO, CFO, head of ops, analysts — can view the same dashboard at no extra cost on Growth and Scale. Starter is designed for a single primary operator.
What counts as a "data source connection"?
Each connected tool counts as one source — HubSpot, Stripe, QuickBooks, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc. Starter allows up to 3, Growth up to 7, Scale all 10. You choose which sources to connect at setup.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes — 20% off when you pay annually on Growth and Scale. Annual Scale plans also include quarterly business reviews with your dedicated success manager. Monthly billing available on all plans.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period. Prorated credits are applied automatically — you never pay for something you are not using.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card and ACH for monthly plans. Invoicing available on annual Scale contracts. All payments processed securely via Stripe.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is yours. On cancellation you can export everything. We retain your data for 30 days after cancellation in case you want to return, then permanently delete it on request.
