Data Fairview pulls
Deals (stage, value, close date, owner, last activity), contacts, companies, pipeline stages, and custom properties. Contact and activity data available on the Growth plan.
What Fairview does with it
Pipeline health monitoring, forecast confidence scoring, deal risk alerts, and next-best action recommendations. Every deal in your CRM becomes a data point in your operating view.
Good to know
Custom objects in HubSpot require manual field mapping during setup. Only deal data is used by default. Read-only access keeps your CRM safe.
Data Fairview pulls
Opportunities (stage, amount, close date, owner, activities), accounts, contacts, and custom fields. Fairview reads your existing Salesforce schema without requiring changes.
What Fairview does with it
Pipeline health monitoring, forecast confidence, and deal risk alerts. The same operating intelligence as HubSpot, mapped to Salesforce's opportunity model.
Good to know
Requires Salesforce Professional edition or higher. Salesforce admin access is needed during the OAuth flow. Sandbox environments need a separate connection.
Data Fairview pulls
Revenue (MRR, ARR for subscriptions), charges, refunds, subscription events, and customer churn signals. Stripe recommends using a read-only restricted key.
What Fairview does with it
Revenue tracking, margin calculation on the revenue side, and churn signal detection. Stripe data feeds directly into your operating dashboard and weekly report.
Good to know
Only captures revenue processed through Stripe. Invoices sent outside Stripe are not included. Pair with QuickBooks or Xero for a complete margin view.
Data Fairview pulls
Profit and loss by category, cost of goods sold, operating expenses, and account balances. This is the cost side of your margin equation.
What Fairview does with it
Margin calculation on the cost side and contribution margin by channel. Combined with Stripe or Shopify revenue data, you get true profitability by channel, product, and customer segment.
Good to know
Chart of accounts mapping is required at setup. Custom expense categories may need manual tagging. Available on the Growth plan.
Data Fairview pulls
Orders (revenue, product, channel, customer), refunds, product catalog for SKU-level margin, and customer lifetime value signals.
What Fairview does with it
Revenue by SKU, margin by product line (combined with QuickBooks or Xero for cost data), and channel attribution for orders with UTM data.
Good to know
Channel attribution requires UTM parameters on checkout URLs. Shopify Plus plans have additional data fields available. Available on the Growth plan.
Data Fairview pulls
Spend by campaign, ad group, and keyword. Conversions if conversion tracking is configured. ROAS signals across your paid search campaigns.
What Fairview does with it
Ad spend attribution and contribution margin by paid channel. See exactly how much each Google Ads campaign contributes to your bottom line, not just your top line.
Good to know
Conversion data requires Google Ads conversion tracking to be configured. Cross-device attribution is subject to Google's own limitations. Available on the Growth plan.
Setup Walkthrough
Every integration follows the same pattern. No engineering tickets, no data warehouse, no SQL.
Click the connect button next to your tool. For OAuth integrations, you will be redirected to authorize read-only access. For API key tools like Stripe, paste your restricted key. The entire flow takes under two minutes.
Fairview auto-detects standard fields (deals, revenue, expenses) and maps them for you. For custom fields or non-standard chart-of-account categories, a guided mapper walks you through tagging in under a minute.
Your operating dashboard, margin view, pipeline health, forecast confidence, and weekly report populate automatically. Data refreshes on a continuous sync. No manual imports, no CSV uploads, no cron jobs.
Your operating view is live
FAQ
No. Fairview connects directly to your tools via OAuth and API keys. There is no data warehouse, no ETL pipeline, and no SQL layer between your tools and your operating view. Your data flows from source to dashboard without any intermediate infrastructure.
Most integrations take 2 to 5 minutes. OAuth integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, QuickBooks, Shopify, Google Ads) require clicking a connect button and authorizing access. API key integrations (Stripe, Pipedrive) require pasting a restricted key. If you have custom fields or a non-standard chart of accounts, add a few minutes for field mapping.
Yes. Fairview supports connecting HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive simultaneously. If you are migrating between CRMs or using more than one (for example, Salesforce for enterprise deals and HubSpot for SMB), Fairview will pull pipeline data from both and unify it in a single operating view.
Fairview works with the data you have. Missing close dates, blank deal values, or incomplete expense categories are flagged in the dashboard so you can see exactly where gaps exist. Fairview does not fabricate data or fill in blanks with assumptions. The weekly operating report highlights data quality issues so you can fix them at the source.
WooCommerce and Google Analytics 4 are planned for Q2. Klaviyo and Intercom are planned for Q3. Chargebee, Recurly, and LinkedIn Ads are on the Q4 roadmap. If you need an integration that is not listed, contact us and we will share our current timeline.
