Fairview is committed to protecting personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR. This page summarizes our approach. See also Privacy Policy and Security.
Our role
Fairview acts as a data processor for the operational data our customers connect (CRM records, billing data, product data, ad performance). Our customers act as data controllers. For account and billing data of our customers, Fairview is the data controller.
Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
Fairview offers a pre-signed DPA that includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for international data transfers. Request a copy at privacy@getfairview.com.
Subprocessors
Fairview uses a small set of subprocessors to deliver service (cloud infrastructure, transactional email, error monitoring). A current list is available on request. Notification of material changes is sent to account admins.
Data residency
Customer data is hosted in EU regions by default for EU customers. US region hosting is available on request for US customers. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).
Your rights
Data subjects have rights under GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. To exercise these rights, contact your data controller (the Fairview customer whose workspace contains your data). For Fairview-controlled data (account/billing), email privacy@getfairview.com.
