Terms of Service

Fairview provides an operating intelligence platform that connects to your data sources — CRM, finance tools, ad platforms, and e-commerce — and generates insights about your business performance.

Fairview is read-only on all connected tools. We do not write to your CRM, modify financial records, or take any action in your source tools. You can revoke access to any connected source at any time from Settings → Integrations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at security@getfairview.com.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share login credentials with users outside your organisation.

Fairview is offered on monthly and annual subscription plans. All billing is processed securely via Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorise Fairview to charge your chosen plan at the start of each billing period.

• Monthly plans: cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Annual plans: cancel before your renewal date. No partial refunds on annual plans.
• 14-day free trial on all plans. No credit card required to start.
• 20% discount available on annual Growth and Scale plans.

You own your data. Fairview processes your data to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your business data is never sold, shared with third parties for commercial purposes, or used to train AI models. By connecting a data source, you grant Fairview a limited, non-exclusive right to read that data for the purpose of providing the service.

Fairview is provided as-is. While we work to maintain high accuracy and uptime, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes from using the platform. Financial and operational decisions made using Fairview insights remain your responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fairview will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Either party may terminate the service at any time. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days to allow for reactivation or export, then permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion by contacting support@getfairview.com.
