Any paid HubSpot CRM plan works. Fairview connects to Deals, Contacts, and Companies — available on HubSpot Starter and above. Free CRM accounts may have API limitations.

How often does Fairview sync with HubSpot?

Daily by default. Fairview pulls the latest deal data, stage changes, and activity dates overnight so your pipeline view is current every Monday morning. The Scale plan offers more frequent syncs.

What happens to my HubSpot data in Fairview?

Fairview reads deal records to calculate weighted pipeline, flag stalled deals, and build forecast confidence scores. Your data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Fairview never shares your CRM data with third parties.
